New Buffet Menu Dishes

We are starting out 2015 with new looks and foods. We wanted you to have a first look at some of our new menu items. This very stylish buffet features an array of foods that could keep even the most discriminating crowd coming back for more.  We started out with a focaccia bread basket served with rosemary dipping oil, followed by a mixed greens salad with fresh pears, gorgonzola cheese, bacon and spiced pecans drizzled with a mustard vinaigrette dressing.
