Does the Manor house have free parking?

Yes, we have a lot holding 30 cars and plenty of street parking.

What is included with my rental?

Tables and chavari chairs.

Do you have a space for the Bride and Groom to get ready?

Included in your rental are the use of the Bridal Suite and Groom Suite located on the second floor of the manor.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

No, Putting on the Ritz is the exclusive caterer.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

Yes, all other vendors are up to you. We do have a prefeered list of vendors that have worked at the property.

Can we serve red wine?


Do I have to buy my alcohol from Putting on the Ritz?

No you may bring in your own alcohol , but Putting on the Ritz supplies all mixers and bartenders.

Is there a ceremony site?

Yes, we have a beautiful gazebo and patio area perfect for ceremonies.

Is there a charge for holding our ceremony there?

We do not charge a ceremony fee , you do have to rent chairs for your ceremony.

What if it rains?

No reason to worry! We have plenty of room to hold your ceremony inside.

How many guests does your room hold?

We hold up to 110 w/ dancing.

Are there certain times I can rent the room?

On Saturdays we have 2 shifts 1pm to 5 pm (though you can start earlier if you would like a brunch) evening functions start at 7pm or later. Sundays wedding can start whenever you would like. The room can be rented in the middle of the day for an additional cost.

How long can my party last?

Rental rates are based on 4 hours, but you can buy an additional hour for $100.00

Are there extra charges beside the $100 extra for one hour?

In addition to the hourly charge, you will have extra costs to cover the catering staff and bar (if needed).

Does my event have to end at a certain time?

Yes, parties cannot go past 1am.

Can I have a band or DJ at the Manor House?


Do you only do weddings?

We specialize in all types of events including bar or bat mitzvahs, corporate events, trade shows and memorial services. We have done every type of event you can think of over the past 20 years.

What is the deposit to secure the room?

Half of the room rental and 25% of the anticipated catering costs to Putting on the Ritz.
